Dental Assistant

The Dental Team is currently seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join us in providing top-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in dental assisting, thorough knowledge of dental procedures, and exceptional chairside skills. Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental treatment.
- Assist the dentist during procedures.
- Maintain patient records and charts.
- Perform basic laboratory procedures such as making casts of teeth and taking x-rays.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus
