Dr. Alejandro San Jorge, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Alejandro San Jorge was born in Cuba and moved to the States as a child. He graduated from the University of Miami and completed his dental degree at the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. Dr. San Jorge believes that he can make a difference in his patients life by offering the patient the opportunity to be active in their treatment decision process, educating them as to how they can maintain a health smile for life, and helping patients not only have a healthy mouth but a healthy body.
Dr. San Jorge has great respect for his profession and spends countless hours studying, taking continuing education courses and applying the advantages of dentistry. He stives for perfection in all he does. Active in several dental study clubs promoting excellence and learning new and exciting techniques. He is currently a member if the American Dental Association and the South Florida District Dental Society. What makes him the happiest is getting to know our patients and feeling that they are all part of a large extended family.
Dr. San Jorge believes in healing from within, and he enjoys yoga lessons, and most weekends you will find him at the beach paddleboarding or surfing. He enjoys living in South Florida.
Dr. Jeffrey Milone, DMD

Dr. Jeffrey Milone is a board-certified periodontist and dental implant specialist with over 30 years of clinical experience in advanced periodontal surgery and implantology. He has performed thousands of procedures, including osseous surgery, gingival grafting, sinus augmentation, ridge reconstruction, and over 6,000 dental implant placements – including computer-guided techniques. He is also certified in the Pinhole Surgical Technique for minimally invasive gum grafting.
Dr. Milone is known for his honest, collaborative approach and precise, patient-focused care. He works closely with general dentists to develop customized treatment plans and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Milone earned his DMD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed specialty training in Periodontics at UMDNJ. He now practices in Florida, continuing his mission to restore health, function, and confidence to every patient he treats.
Dr. Charlotte Doyle, DDS

A Fort Lauderdale native, Dr. Charlotte Doyle is proud to serve the community where she was born and raised. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. Graduating at the top of her class, she was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society in recognition of her academic excellence, leadership, and dedication to the field of dentistry.
Dr. Doyle is known for her compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. With extensive training in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, she combines clinical precision with personalized treatment to meet the unique needs of each patient. She remains committed to continuing education and integrating the latest advancements in dental technology to provide the highest standard of care.
Outside the office, Dr. Doyle leads an active and health-conscious lifestyle. She is a certified CrossFit trainer and an avid runner who enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing the South Florida sunshine. Her passion for wellness extends beyond fitness, shaping her holistic approach to patient care and whole-body health

A few years later, after coming to USA, he graduated from University of Florida. With 11 years of experience in Dentistry, he has developed expertise in special needs patients management.

She is originally from Bogota, Colombia, and moved to the US when she was a teenager. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and understands Portuguese.

Dr. Aviva Gutwein was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Her decision to pursue dentistry was a natural one, as it melds science with artistry, both of which she is passionate about. She obtained her dental degree at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with honors in Prosthodontics. She then completed her General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Gutwein’s gentle approach to patient care sets her apart. She is committed to providing each patient with the highest quality conservative dental treatment. When she isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Gutwein enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Dawn Polasky, DDS

Dr. Dawn Polasky was raised in South Florida. She completed her undergraduate education at The Ohio State University and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio.
After completing her Doctorate of Dental Science degree at CWRU, Dr. Polasky went on to obtain a full year clinical concentration program focused on restoring dental implants. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Polasky enjoys playing tennis, attending musicals and loves spending time with her husband and their two young children.
Dr. Mariah Low, DMD

Dr Mariah Low, DMD, attended Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a BSc.with Honors, majoring in Biology and minoring in Business Studies. She went on to attend NSU’sGraduate program to complete her Doctorate in Dental Medicine.
Dr Low’s mission is to provide optimal dental treatment that improves both health andconfidence, while building meaningful and lasting relationships with patients who seek it. Dr. Kachhadiya earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India before completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Nova Southeastern University. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the nation’s premier dental schools. Her diverse educational background allows her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care while emphasizing prevention, patient education, and long-term oral health.
Before becoming a dentist in the U.S., Dr. Kachhadiya practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida, where she gained valuable experience educating patients and providing preventive care. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and takes the time to ensure they understand their treatment options and feel confident in their care.
Dr. Jas Arora

Dr. Arora graduated from the Goldman School of Dentistry at Boston University in 1997 and brings over two decades of clinical experience. She is an active member of her local community and a proud mother of three college-bound children.
She is deeply passionate about dentistry and remains committed to continued education, consistently advancing her expertise in the ever-evolving field of digital dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Arora enjoys fitness, indoor spinning, and travel. She has visited more than 25 countries and lived in five, bringing a broad and global perspective to both life and dentistry.
Dr. Arora is known for her warm energy, positive spirit, and dedication to her patients. She is thrilled to be part of our team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with our patients.

Dr. Ross Andrew Hauer, DMD
Periodontist & Dental Implant Specialist
Dr. Ross A. Hauer received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 2012 and DMD degree from the University of Florida in 2016. Following dental school, he moved to New York City and completed a 1-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center. The following year, he entered private practice as a full-time General Dentist in Boca Raton, FL. In 2018, Dr. Hauer re-enrolled at The University of Florida College of Dentistry and completed a 3-year residency program in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. At the conclusion of his residency program, he was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Dental Science. He was also awarded “The Golden Implant Award” by his instructors for his expertise in the field of Implant Dentistry. As a resident at the University of Florida, Dr. Hauer participated in clinical research related to Diabetes and its relationship to Periodontal Disease. Ross joined his father’s practice in June 2021 and is excited to practice in the Hollywood community.
